We are still on the gorgeously windswept coast of Oregon, but I'll note that BMS and the trade group for infusion centers also filed copycat suits. Yawn.
PhRMA joined the latter one largely in name only. As I've said, these are losers. The infusers filed in West Texas, hoping for a MAGA judge. It's a vain effort.
In any event, here's a bit:
. . .In a suit filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the Western District of Texas, the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America, known as PhRMA, along with the National Infusion Center Association and the Global Colon Cancer Association, argue that the negotiation provision is unconstitutional in several ways. . . .
Ever onward, grinning. . . . to the Rockies, tomorrow -- by jet. Out.
