Personally, I would have put the Sackler family [Purdue Pharma controlling family (now in bankruptcy reorganization) and multi-billion dollar Oxycontin® profiteers] at the head of the list, but they only made the number five slot [to be fair, they were No. 3 in the prior year's list -- the only two time winners].
